All progress erased

Hooked on phonics has transitioned to a subscription model since we purchased all the modules for $50 several months ago. With the most recent update, the app no longer recognizes our past purchases, and worse, all my daughters progress in the app has been lost. Customer service is not available on the weekends.

Terrible experience.
