Hooked on Phonics Learning App Reviews

After the recent update the app is slow. Wont recognize credentials and support is unresponsive. Password reset emails are going nowhere. Not sure what is going on but frustrating for such a costly app

The latest update does not recognize login and cannot rest password. I have sent 2 messages but no response yet. I would not purchase this until they get this fixed.

Hooked on phonics has transitioned to a subscription model since we purchased all the modules for $50 several months ago. With the most recent update, the app no longer recognizes our past purchases, and worse, all my daughters progress in the app has been lost. Customer service is not available on the weekends. Terrible experience.

My younger son heard some of the songs while his brother was doing the lessons, and needed to get in on the learning fun. Great App!

My Grandson couldnt read when we started but now is doing great. Thanks so much!

This is an all around great app for my four year old. I feel like he is ahead of the game and will be very prepared for Kindergarten.

The sound works great on our older IPad but not on the second newer IPad ever since yesterdays update. Both iPads were working previous to update? Checked to see if the sound worked for other apps and they were. Sent message and waiting on fix!

I liked the app. My son was enjoying the lessons and learning a lot. Then came the newest upgrade. Now the lessons will not load. For $50 I expect it to work. Please fix this!!

Best phonics program! I saw immediate progress with my 3 year old daughter when she started using hooked on phonics. The app is user friendly, easy to navigate for even my 3 year old. I highly recommend this to any parent who wants to get their child on the path to reading and phonics.

I got all 120 gems in racing rivals for it which was a success but it couldve been better if it was worth more like around 300 gems at least

Ive tried Dr Suess books and other beginner books and nothing holds my sons attention for more than 1 minute. But I am happy to say he does like hooked on phonics. We are only up to lesson 5, but he is actually reading and sounding out words. Very cool!

I love this app its going to help me with my childs reading skills so he can do better at his reading thank you for this tool.

First we lost the sound on one iPad for this app than the second iPad which worked up until about a week ago does not open at all!! Very frustrating since we like the app. Every time theres an update something else goes wrong. Its wonderful when it works. Can someone fix these issues plz!!

Ive been using Hooked on Phonics for a long time. I love the new version. In spite of all the new features, the BEST part is all the different stories that kids read and share. I love them!

The app is not working. I installed the app, clicked to open it, it appeared to open and them eh screen went dark and the app closed. I deleted it and re installed and rebooted my iPad and it still does not work. Please advise

I love the new content; very fun with a cool new interface.

Ever since the update it has become glitchy and stuck. Please fix so I can teach my daughter to read!
